Stormkit and his brother Oakkit were born in a storm.Stormkit wanted
to go outside and when Rainflower (his mom) said they could Stormkit
got Oakkit to go out of the camp.While out there Stormkit decided to go on Sunningrocks(Thunderclan and Riverclan are fighting over Sunningrocks)
When the crossed the stepping stones they found the Thunderclan Medicine
cat Goosefeather (Goosefeather has a habit of interpreting omens in the darkest
way)and Stormkit and Oakkit try to chase him off Sunningrocks but, they get chased instead.When Stormkit was jumping the Steppingstones Goosefeather was right behind
him and Goosefeather tried to catch Stormkit but, he only caught his tail and unbalanced
him.Then when Stormkit tried to jump to the next steppingstone still unbalanced he hit his
Jaw on it and broke it.

Summary: The wolf pup Faolan was born with a twisted paw, a slight defect that caused his wolf clan to abandon him in the forest to die.
